• Orders of 2,000 TL and above qualify for free shipping.
• Fixed shipping fee for orders under 2,000 TL: 79 TL

You can easily return products purchased from Biocore within 14 days of the delivery date. Return conditions vary depending on the product category. Please review our return policies.

How does the return process work?
You can easily create a return request within 14 days by going to My Account > My Orders.
We will share a unique return shipping code with you. You can return the product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Return Notification
Once your product reaches us, we will inform you about the return process via email.

Refund
If the returned product meets the return conditions after inspection:
• The refund process will be completed and transferred to your bank within 3 business days.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 1-7 business days for the payment to appear on your card.
• For installment purchases, refunds are processed in installments according to bank procedures.
• For cash card refunds, this timeframe may vary depending on your bank.

Important: If your order includes a gift item, it must also be included in the return for the refund to be valid.

Free Return Shipping
If you submit your return request within 14 days of the invoice date and ship the product using the appropriate shipping method, your return will be processed free of charge.
