BIOCORE INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION PROCESSES
Core Sports İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti (“Biocore”) values the protection of your personal data and therefore expects you to show the same sensitivity. For this reason, it is very important for us that you read this text, which details which of your personal data we use and for what purpose, and demonstrate that you clearly understand the responsibilities of Biocore, which is responsible for the administrative and technical security of this data as the “ Data Controller ”.
Why am I reading this text?
Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“ KVKK ”), which entered into force on April 7, 2016 , obliges the “ Data Controller ” to inform the individuals whose personal data is processed (used) ( referred to as the data subject in the KVKK ) about this data. As the Data Controller , we are obliged to prove that you have been informed about the personal data we will process about you.
What personal data of yours is used and how is it obtained?
Vakko As per the privacy policy, we obtain your personal data digitally ( referred to as "automatic" method in the KVKK - Personal Data Protection Law) upon your consent in the sections related to sending commercial electronic messages. For what purpose and on what legal grounds is your personal data used?

Are your personal data being transferred to others?
Yes, in summary, we sometimes need to transfer personal data to our business partners, official institutions, auditors, lawyers, and financial advisors. However, we only do so for specific purposes and with your knowledge. Therefore, personal data;
- In order to fulfill our existing legal obligations, we may provide personal data to regulatory and supervisory bodies and public institutions or organizations explicitly authorized to request personal data by law, upon request from authorized institutions and organizations.
- To the individuals and consultants we collaborate with regarding legal proceedings for the purpose of following up on legal matters,
- To ensure the continuity of our company processes, to meet our organizational requirements, to provide and support technical infrastructure and carry out controls, to plan and execute advertising and marketing processes, and to carry out audit and reporting processes, we provide our subsidiaries with these services.
- The Message Management System allows for the management of approval and rejection records for sending commercial electronic messages.
- If you have given your consent to receive commercial electronic messages, you will be informed by bulk messaging service providers that they may send you commercial electronic messages.
- Business processes are transferred to our group companies for the purpose of monitoring, ensuring continuity, auditing, and carrying out reporting processes.
What rights does the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) grant me?
The KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) allows you to exercise control over your personal data by granting you the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data is being processed; (b) request information regarding processing if it is being processed; (c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose; (d) know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, if any, domestically or abroad; (e) request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; (f) Personal data protection laws provide many rights, including but not limited to the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data. You can find all these rights and their details in Article 11 of the KVKK ( Law on Protection of Personal Data).
How can I exercise my rights?
If you wish to exercise the rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to us in writing (e.g., via notice or registered mail) or by registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by contacting us. You can send it using the email address you previously provided and which is registered in our system .
