Distance Selling Agreement

1. PARTIES

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees to pay the order price and any additional charges such as shipping and taxes, upon confirming the order, and declares that they have been informed of this obligation.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated opposite them:

• LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection
• REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188)
• SERVICE: The subject matter of consumer transactions other than the provision of goods, performed or promised to be performed in exchange for a fee or benefit.
• SELLER: A natural or legal person who offers goods to a consumer within the scope of their commercial or professional activities, or who acts on behalf of or for the account of the person offering the goods.
• BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
• SITE: The seller's website
• ORDERER: The natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the SELLER's website.
• PARTIES: SELLER and BUYER
• AGREEMENT: This agreement is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
• GOODS: Movable goods that are the subject of a transaction, as well as intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar materials prepared for use in electronic environments.

TOPIC 3

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are stated, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.

• Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

7.1. The basic characteristics of the goods/products/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. If a campaign is organized, the basic characteristics of the product can be reviewed during the campaign period. Valid until the end of the campaign period.

7.2. The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and offers are valid until updated. Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. The sales price of the goods/services subject to this contract, including all taxes, is stated below:

7.4. The shipping cost, which is the product delivery fee, will be paid by the BUYER.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the billing address specified during order delivery.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery on the SELLER's website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. By confirming the preliminary information electronically, the BUYER also acknowledges that they have received accurate and complete information regarding their address, the basic characteristics of the product, the price including taxes, and payment and delivery information.

9.2. The product will be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address indicated by the BUYER within the pre-information period specified on the site, according to the BUYER's place of residence, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days. If delivery does not take place within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.

9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in accordance with the order specifications, and with any warranty documents and user manuals, and to maintain service quality in compliance with legal regulations and principles of honesty.

9.4. The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price, after informing the BUYER and obtaining their approval, before the expiration of the performance obligation period.

9.5. If the fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

9.6. The BUYER acknowledges that the SELLER's delivery obligation will cease if the product price is not paid or is cancelled in the bank records.

9.7. In case of unauthorized use of the credit card, the BUYER shall return the product within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the SELLER.

9.8. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, the SELLER will notify the BUYER. The BUYER may cancel the order, request an equivalent product, or request a postponement of the delivery time. In case of cancellation, payments will be refunded within 14 days. Delays may occur in credit card refunds due to bank processing times; the SELLER is not responsible for these delays.

9.9. The SELLER has the right to conduct marketing, notification, and other communication activities through the BUYER's contact information (email, SMS, telephone, etc.). The BUYER accepts this.

9.10. The BUYER shall inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged, broken, or products with torn packaging shall not be accepted. The delivered product is considered undamaged, and the BUYER is responsible for its protection. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned.

9.11. In case of security vulnerabilities related to credit card usage, the SELLER may request identification and additional documents from the cardholder. If the requested documents are not provided within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
