Biocore Return Policy – Easy and Reliable Product Return Process
Biocore Shop prioritizes unconditional customer satisfaction in online shopping.
Shipping Information
- Orders of 1,000 TL and above qualify for free shipping.
- For orders under 1,000 TL, the fixed shipping fee is 49.99 TL .
Your orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days . Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
Products currently in stock at our warehouse:
- Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day .
Products shipped from our partner vendors are dispatched within 1-3 business days .
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on the product brand and supplier.
Delivery and Identification Information
According to regulations, shipping companies record the following information about the recipient during delivery:
- Name and surname
- Turkish Republic Identity Number (or passport or internationally valid document number for foreign nationals)
This information will be kept confidential for at least two years . If identity information is not shared, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender.
Return and Exchange Conditions
You can return products purchased from Biocore Shop within 14 days of the invoice date , or exchange them for another product of the same value.
General Rules
- The product must be unused , in its original packaging , and with all labels intact .
- The item to be returned must be sent with the invoice and all copies thereof, if any .
- Returns are not accepted for products without an invoice.
Products for which returns are not accepted.
Returns and exchanges are not possible for the following product groups:
- Cosmetic products
- Underwear, swimwear, bikinis
- Evening dresses
- Jewelry and accessories
- Glasses
- Books and magazines
- Technological products
Return Process
- Please send your return request by email to info@biocore.com.tr .
- Please remember to include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email .
Then, you can return your product free of charge with the following information:

Note: For returns sent via carriers other than our contracted courier service, the shipping cost will be borne by the sender.
Returns with recipient paying the shipping cost are not accepted.
Return Evaluation and Refund
- Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions.
- Refunds for eligible products will be processed within 3 business days.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 days for the fee to be reflected in your account.
In case of return refusal, you will be informed of the reason and the product will be sent back to the delivery address you provided.
