Biocore Website Terms of Use – Use the Site Safely

All rights to the website www.biocore.com.tr (“Site”) belong to Core Sports İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “Biocore”). All users and visitors (“User” and/or “Member”) who access, use, or browse the Site declare that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

I. Definitions and General Provisions

• Website Usage: Accessing, browsing, shopping on, or creating an account on the Biocore website implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.
• Membership: Individuals aged 18 and over, as well as legal entities applying through their legal representatives, can become members. Biocore reserves the right to reject membership applications or cancel existing memberships without giving any reason.
• User: Anyone who uses the Site in any way, whether a member or not, is considered to fall within this scope.

II. Service Content

The service offered through Biocore is the delivery of products sold on the Site to the customer via a courier company, within the promised timeframe, subject to stock availability, after the order and payment are completed, ensuring they are free from defects and damage.

III. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (trademarks, logos, graphics, texts, images, software, and other elements) is protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and is the exclusive property of Biocore. Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, publication, or modification of this content is prohibited and will result in legal and criminal liability.

IV. Terms of Use

Users;

• To act in accordance with applicable laws, general morals and etiquette,

• We agree not to spread harmful software (viruses, Trojans, malware, etc.) through the site.

• We will refrain from any actions that would slow down or disable the site's systems.

• We will not attempt to create fake accounts or collect data using automated tools.

VI. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

All personal data provided by the user may be processed, stored, analyzed, archived, and, when necessary, shared with domestic business partners, suppliers, and relevant institutions in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), for membership transactions, order fulfillment, campaign and promotional activities, customer relationship management, and in line with Biocore's principles, processes, and strategies.

Users are subject to the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK);

3. To find out if it is being used for its intended purpose.

VII. Right to Amend and Update

VIII. Competent Court and Applicable Law

Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from the application of these Terms of Use. The Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
