Shipping Fee

Free shipping on orders of 2,000 TL and above .

For orders under 2,000 TL: A fixed shipping fee of 7.9 TL is automatically added by the system.

Shipping Preparation and Delivery Time
1. Biocore Stocked Products (Products from Our Own Warehouse)

Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be handed over to the shipping company the next business day.

After handing over to the shipping company, the average delivery time is between 1-3 business days (may vary depending on the region).
2. Products Shipped from Our Seller Partners

These products are handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days .

The supply process may vary depending on the product brand and our partner's location.
3. Public Holidays and Peak Seasons

During busy periods such as holidays, promotional days (such as Black Friday), and public holidays , there may be slight delays in delivery times. We recommend that you take these times into consideration before placing your order.
Shipping Company and Tracking

Your orders are shipped via reliable courier companies contracted by Biocore.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and email . Alternatively, you can track it in your Biocore account under the "My Orders" section.
Identity Verification at Delivery
According to legal regulations , shipping companies are required to record the following information during delivery:

Turkish Republic Identity Number (or passport number or internationally valid document number for foreign nationals)
This information is protected in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and is stored for at least two years, to be made available to the relevant authorities only when necessary.
⚠️ We cannot deliver to recipients who refuse to share their identification information . In this case, your order will be processed for a refund, and a reshipment will not be possible.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
