• Orders of 2,000 TL and above qualify for free shipping.
• Fixed shipping fee for orders under 2,000 TL: 79 TL
• Your order will be prepared as soon as possible after order confirmation and handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days.

We will share a unique return shipping code with you. You can return the product free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

• The refund process will be completed and transferred to your bank within 3 business days.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 1-7 business days for the payment to appear on your card.
