Lampago and other electric moped products are delivered within 7-8 days using our own vehicles.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for all orders.

What should I do if I want to return my product?

Lampago mopeds cannot be returned.

What is the maximum speed?

Lampagon's speed is limited to 25 km/h by regulations.

Can I use it in traffic?

Lampago can be driven on public roads after registration. However, it cannot be used on highways, main roads, or bridges; it is suitable for driving on secondary city roads.

How are license plate and registration procedures carried out?

1. The license is issued at the notary public using the documents sent to you.

2. The license plate is obtained from the Chamber of Automobile Owners with the license plate printing receipt.

3. The vehicle is now ready to drive.

How is its uphill performance?

Lampago guarantees full performance up to a 20% incline; performance may decrease on steeper slopes.
